Each 5 ml Contains:
Vitamin D3 400 IU
Zinc Sulphate 7.5 mg
Calcium Carbonate 250 mg

CALCISAR SYRUP

This composition contains essential vitamins and minerals i.e. vitamin D3 and calcium or zinc which are used to overcome the deficiency of calcium in the blood and is indicated in diseases such as osteomalacia, rickets. In these conditions demineralization of bones occurs and therefore further decrease in calcium in the blood and increased the level of parathyroid hormone.

Mechanism of action-

Calcium Carbonate work by enhancing intestinal absorption of calcium.
Vitamin D3 maintains the normal level of calcium in the blood by making the absorption of calcium and phosphorus via small intestine when taken through diet.
Zinc improves the absorption of electrolytes, ions and minerals and also enhances the immune response.
