Mechanism of Action-

Levofloxacin inhibits the activity of enzyme DNA gyrase and topoisomerase-4. DNA gyrase causes the negative supercoiling during DNA replication.

Absorption- It is absorbed orally
Protein Binding- It mainly bound to albumin
Metabolism- It is metabolized in the liver
Excretion- It is excreted via urine
