SLATON-250/500 MG

Cefuroxime belong to the cephalosporine class. it is also known as beta lactam antibiotics and is used to treat bacterial infections.

It shows activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria

  • Urinary tract infection
  • Early Lyme disease
  • Impetigo

Mechanism of Action-

It works by inhibiting the synthesis of peptidoglycan which is the component of cell wall and thus inhibits the final step of transcription and translation.
