Mechanism of Action-

Nimesulide works by inhibiting the production of the certain chemical substances which is responsible for pain and inflammation (by producing prostaglandins) by blocking the activity of the cyclooxygenase enzyme.
Paracetamol has similar effect as that of Nimesulide but it acts on the both receptors.
Cetirizine blocks the peripheral H1 receptors thus reduces the effect of histamine.
Phenylephrine leads to mydriasis, vasoconstriction and increase systolic and diastolic blood pressure by stimulating alpha- 1 receptors.
Caffeine has different mechanism on different organs such as it inhibits adenosine receptors, phosphodiesterase enzyme and release of calcium from the vesicles
