This composition contains Aceclofenac, paracetamol, Serratiopeptidase is used in combination to treat mild and moderate pain, inflammation. This product has all actions like analgesic, antipyretic and also consists of enzyme which is has both antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action.

Aceclofenac has anti-inflammatory action and is under the category of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzyme.

Paracetamol is known as acetaminophen. It is used as in adjunct therapy with painkillers and other anti- sickness medications. It is most commonly used in cold and flu.

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme. it helps in the breakdown of proteins into smaller amino acids. This enzyme is produced in the digestive tract of the silkworms that aids in digestion.

Mechanism of action-

Aceclofenac inhibits the cox-1 and cox-2 enzyme by blocking the enzyme prostaglandin synthetase which causes the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins. Paracetamol works by blocking the certain chemical substances in the brain which is responsible for regulating temperature in the brain.
Serratiopeptidase prevents the release of enzyme bradykinin in the inflamed tissues thus reduces inflammation by removing the fluid from the tissues.
